UEC participates in receiving monthly donations to support our communities in bridging gaps in food supply. In partnership with the Canton Baptist Church, we serve to bring food sources to people experiencing food shortage. Bring your donations on the first Sunday of each month for an act of giving on communion Sunday!

UEC Street ministry
UEC distributes food and supplies to local folks experiencing homelessness. We participate by collecting items and delivering them to the streets. We also accept monetary donations to purchase items. Please designate any monetary donations on our donation page.

The UEC worship team meets on Thursdays at 1pm. The Spirit is on the move with a blend of traditional hymns and contemporary worship music. The team is looking for new talents to burst forth and take off with us in the ministry. HIGHLANDTOWN ELEMENTARY/MIDDLE SCHOOL
Highlandtown Elementary/Middle School
School Supplies are a struggle for some of our neighborhood families. We assist at the start of each semester, to get kids and teachers some well-needed supplies for the year!

UEC Street Ministry
Two of our members, Fran Foster and Horace Oxendine have begun a mission to collect and distribute food and supplies to local folks experiencing homelessness. UEC gives this two thumbs up and blesses their work. In this new ministry, we will collect items for Horace and Fran to distribute, in an ongoing mission to meet the needs of our community, living on the streets. Please designate any monetary donations to this ministry with a quick message and let us know where the donation should go; UEC will purchase and set aside items for Horace and Fran to delivery.
House of Ruth
UEC has joined hands with House of Ruth, Maryland! This is a new ministry, where we collect women's clothing and more, transporting donations to the House of Ruth, MD, Baltimore- drop off location. Thank You to all who donated to our April 26, 2022 drop off! We look forward to our next donation period coming this summer.
Faith Communities with Pride (F.C.W.P)
In support of the Baltimore pride community, UEC participates in pride events, reminding others of God's love for them. Love is the essence of God. This love is unconditional, accepting each of us just as we are, for who we are. God loves all beings, all people and all families.
Thanksgiving Basket Ministry
In honor of our beloved late, Clarence Rowell, we seek to continue his vision to serve families who are struggling with food for Thanksgiving. Baskets are given away, filled with a meal for an entire family!
Highlandtown Elementary/Middle School
Hats and gloves are given to those who may have an additional need for items that provide warmth a cold day!
Do Good Baltimore
Partnering with the mission of Chaplain Dave of the Baltimore community, UEC helps in meeting community needs that are called out to us throughout the year. Chaplain Dave and his team are always nearby to hold hands with our faith community to take faith into action!
Hoffman Homes for Youth
Christmas is a season of giving at UEC where we receive a wish list from the youth of Hoffman Homes and gather donations to share our love and care in making Christmas possible for them. We are happy to be one of many places that share in this time of giving and receiving.
Earl's Place as part of Cornerstone Community Housing
UEC supports the men in recovery at Earl's place throughout the year and enjoys a Christmas meal with the residents, together as one. The men at Earl's Place have been extremely grateful for our long-term relationship in support of their lives.
